Funky ATHENIANS OF TORONTO LP Greek RARE Funk 1970s     THE ATHENIANS OF TORONTO - SAN SKOTEINIAZEI LP on Athenians Records (1001) from the 1970s.   Great sought after PRIVATE PRESSING funky rock LP by THE ATHENIANS OF TORONTO. I remember this record was on a lot of funk collector's want lists back in the late 1990s. This is the very first copy I've ever seen.   There are cover songs by Santana, Chicago, The Doors, Lighthouse, Creedence Clearwater Revival all sung in the Greek language. There are also  two originals plus three other songs.   Cover songs include:   Light My Fire Proud Mary Now More Than Ever Colour My World Make Me Smile 25 or 6 to 4 Everybody's Everything   PLUS five other tracks.   The condition of the vinyl is NEAR MINT.   The condition of the cover is EXCELLENT.  Money orders, cashier's cheques, Paypal and Bidpay are preferred for payment. Sending cash is okay but it’s at your own risk. PERSONAL CHEQUES from US & Canadian banks are okay but must clear before the item will be shipped. It could take up to three weeks or longer for a US cheque to clear my bank account. For USPS money orders, please ensure it's the International (PINK) version. USPS Domestic (GREEN) money orders are not valid in Canada.
