Condition: M-/M-/M- (record looks perfect mint to my eye)

Includes very rare insert. I've seen 7 or 8 copies of this LP before but only this one has included the original color waveform insert -- shown in one of the 8 scans below.

It's highly unlikely that I'll come across a nicer, cleaner copy of this LP ever again. The record is very shiny, with no marks on the playing surface.

This LP is recommended for fans of fluxus, la monte young, paul panhuysen, ellen fullman, phill niblock, hnas, drone, jonathan coleclough, etc.
